Information Systems Program

The Carnegie Mellon University, Information Systems Program is assisting JRCPF with a student-led evaluation of ServiceBook strategy, information architecture and functionality. By engaging students as leaders in the evaluation, JRCPF receives the value of their expertise and injects the "voice of the user" into ServiceBook development.
